Sukhbir had a total connection with the infinite as far back as 6. She would spend hours after school in the neighborhood church by herself just chatting it up with god.
As years passed and her schedule became filled with extracurricular activities and sports those solo visits became view and far between.
Sukhbir then ventured on to college facing the more grueling realities of life. This lead her to choices that were not representative of her true spirit, that was until she stumbled upon kundalini yoga in 1999. It was there she began to see the powerful effects this yoga had on her ability to find the self confidence and strength that was needed to fulfill her dreams.
Since that point Sukhbir has continued to immerse herself in teacher trainings and her own personal practice. Because of the powerful changes it has made in her life she has found it important to commit her heart to the growth and expansion of deep and its incredible community.
Aside from owning deep sukhbir Kaur is a warrior of peace, lover of all beings, a dancing machine, owner of two crazy canines, fan of reggae music, fancies the colors orange and turquoise and is passionately committed to peace on this planet!
